Education of the Heart

Education of the Heart is about teaching young people to connect to their heart centre and soul's true calling, to live, breath, and act from the wisdom of the heart. They are telling us it is time to teach them, and one of the greatest gifts you can give your children is a stronger connection with their heart and thus with their own divine guidance. This will allow them to become more aware and trusting in their own intuition and guidance. A pure gift of Love.

So many wonderful things will occur when they are allowed to have fun and play with their abilities in a natural way. To be with other young people who see and understand the world the way they do is very important to their spiritual evolution. The children will support and encourage each other. They will be pleased to find that there are other young people who they can openly talk to about the way they see their world.

These exciting sessions offers young people a chance to express their feelings and to connect to Spirit and the Universe. They learn about their feelings, their inner spirit, their personal power and their connection to the universal life force, which is universal love. They learn to relax and calm their mind which will help them to build more peace and tranquillity within themselves.

These sessions offer young people the opportunity to:

• Calm the mind and connect with the heart.  
• Realise when they are feeling emotionally stressed or upset.
• Help control and recognise when they need to take time out and stop.
• Use meditation as a tool on a regular basis for themselves.
• Learn journaling and expressing emotion on paper (Drawing or Writing).
• Use positive affirmations and mantras.
• Work with crystals to encourage healing.
• Connect with universal energy through energy-sensing exercises and games.

Time:              Wednesday 3.30 pm – 5.00 pm, fortnightly
