Reiki & Sound Chakra Balancing — Shelley combines the magical sounds of the Tibetan Singing Bowls with Reiki and Crystals to create a deep level of healing & relaxation. For a complete and transformational chakra alignment, experience the Tibetan Singing Bowls in their most powerful form by exact placement of the bowls on the energy vortexes.

Reiki, Crystal, Sound and/or Massage Healing Sessions for Children — These sessions offer assistance to children suffering from anxiety, stress, sleepless nights or being bullied. These treatments will help them relax and slow down. A typical session with a child lasts anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. For many children, the healing happens very quickly so they are "done" sooner than an adult with similar issues would be. Children are deeply aware of their needs, so I tend to follow their lead.

REIKI:

Reiki is an ancient and sacred healing art originated in Japan that uses light, warm and nurturing hand placements through which concentrated life force energy is channeled. Reiki helps relieve stress, pain and tension providing a meditative and healing state of mind, body, and spirit. Recipients experience a deep state of relaxation, and feelings of peace, security, and well-being.

CRYSTALS:

Crystal: A mineral thought to be capable of receiving, storing, transmitting, or amplifying vibrational energy. It is often used as a tool for healing, prophecy or communication.

Ethereal Crystals: Of the intangible celestial spheres, the non-physical space of the universe, heavenly, spiritual in nature.

TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS:

Tibetan Singing Bowls produce sounds which make a deep state of relaxation which naturally assists one on entering into meditation the ultimate goal of being enlightened. In addition to their traditional usage for meditation, Tibetan Singing Bowls are used for deep relaxation, stress reduction, Holistic Healing, Reiki, Chakra Balancing and World Music.

Many people find the rich blend of harmonic overtones which the bowls produce have a direct affect upon their chakras. Placing the bowls usually causes an immediate centring affect. The tones set up a frequency following response that creates balancing left/right brain synchronization, and stimulates the body to rediscover its own frequency. Once the body is synchronised and in harmony, it can then vibrate independently and that’s when healing occurs.
